All items are inspected prior to despatch so a problem should be unlikely to arise so....

Please inspect your item when you receive it and notify us via email of any issues you have within 24 hours

Please email us before returning any item for further inspection and we will consider each situation individually.

Agreed returns should be posted within 7 days of you receiving the item and contact with us.

Exchange will always be given on unworn items if deemed faulty.

We do not offer refunds but we will correct any error or flaw- we want you to love your purchase.

We do not take returns on Rosette tops so please read the size charts.
